ODEON Tours develops its corporate structure, which it has created at international standards, with the quality system studies it maintains with the principle of continuous development and aims to spread to all the destinations it operates.
ODEON Tours is the first company to obtain the ISO 9001 Quality Management System Standard Certificate that covers all travel agency services in Türkiye. In the quality journey that started with the ISO 9001 standard certification, compliance with the EFQM Excellence Model, ISO 14001 Environmental Management System, ISO 45001 Occupational Health and Safety Management System, ISO 10002 Complaint Management System, ISO 39001 Road Traffic Safety Management System standards and certification of some of the destinations it operates. We have systems that have not been certified at some destinations, but whose effectiveness is regularly monitored and implemented.

As ODEON Tours, conduct our activities in accordance with legal regulations as well as environmental and occupational safety standards. To ensure thisWe identify the risks and opportunities, impacts of our activities in the sphere of environment, occupational health and safety and take necessary measures to prevent these risks or to reduce the undesirable effects.We set goals and develop programmes for the continuous improvement of our environment, occupational health and safety management system, review them and make necessary investments.We fulfil the requirements of the legislation on environment, occupational health and safety.We take necessary precautions and maintain necessary control to prevent and eliminate the environmental pollution caused by our activities and the formation of dangerous environments that may cause accidents and diseases.We provide necessary education to our employees and ensure their participation.We provide consultation and participation of workers representatives.We encourage our suppliers to comply with our environmental, occupational health and safety standards and legislation in line with our policy, and we make efforts to cooperate with them in these sphere.By informing our guests about our environmental consciousness, we expect them to show respect towards nature and contribute to the protection of the environment during their holidays.
