As the first subsidiary of Coral Travel Group, ODEON Tours was established in 1992 and operates through subsidiaries in Türkiye, Egypt, Thailand, the United Arab Emirates, Spain, Tunisia, Greece, and Vietnam.
Services that constitute activity in these countries are:
- Accommodation services,
- All kinds of transportation and reception services,
- Customized services,
- Guidance and tour services,
- Mice and group organizations.
ODEON Tours provides a wide range of tourism products in the countries where it is present, including destination services for customers from all segments of tour operators within and outside the group.
In addition, a central structure called "Destinations Management Center" has been established by Odeon Tours in order to meet the product and service needs of the tour operators under the roof of the group and to maintain quality standards in all destinations. This structure provides accommodation for guests of the Group"s tour operators and partners in approximately 35 countries where the Group does not have any subsidiary and supervises the provision of high quality services.
Odeon Tours Türkiye holds ISO 9001 Quality Management System, ISO 45001 Occupational Health and Safety Management System, ISO 14001 Environmental Management System, ISO 10002 Customer Satisfaction Management System, ISO 39001 Road Traffic Safety Management System quality certificates. With the Odeon Tours brand, it is among the companies that serve the most tourists in the countries where it is located, especially in Türkiye, Egypt, and Greece.
